# AgentScout
> AgentScout is a free vendor advocacy service that helps New Zealand homeowners pick the best real estate agent for their property using independent 12-month sales data.
AgentScout was founded in 2025 by Ronnie Seiler. The service operates nationally across New Zealand and is independent of every real estate agency. AgentScout analyses 12 months of suburb-level sales data across all major NZ brands (Ray White, Harcourts, Barfoot & Thompson, Bayleys, LJ Hooker, Property Brokers) and produces a shortlist report comparing the top 2-3 vetted agents for each seller's specific property. The service is 100% free for sellers; AgentScout earns a finder's fee from the recommended agent only if the property sells.
